Photography can be more than technique – it can be a path to truly see yourself and make your inner beauty visible. In this exclusive women’s course, we combine photography, mindfulness and rituals, showing you how photography can become a mirror of your own strength and radiance.

This course is not just about learning how to take better pictures. It is about slowing down, connecting with yourself, and seeing through new eyes. If you don’t have your own camera, we provide a limited number of cameras. Otherwise, you can easily participate with your smartphone. The camera becomes your companion, helping you to discover beauty in yourself and in the world around you. Through guided exercises, self-portraits, and mindful photo practices, you will learn how to express what makes you unique – beyond filters, beyond perfection, simply authentic.

Course structure
- Exploring mindfulness and sound journeys while developing your photography skills through exercises, self-portraits, group work, and perspective shifts
- 4 evenings (2.5–3 hrs) + 2 intensive days (6 hrs) – each session builds on the previous one.
- Participation with camera or smartphone possible
